Transvoice came to Levels to improve the UX of their products, one app, and two web portals. Josefine was part of a team that mapped out everything from how the products are currently operating, workshops on future vision, a UX Audit containing interviews, surveys, usability testing, availability testing, etc. She then collaborated on the UX for the app and portals with the team based on the findings from the audit.
